Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with the tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.aceworld@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to contact us and return the product you have, and once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
